「痛症唔想食藥可以點？睇下醫學界指引點講」

很多關節痛病人痛楚難擋，試盡坊間不同產品。部份病人有痛不夠膽食藥，寧願死忍痛楚。另一些則自行買藥，但求不痛。除了常聽見的影響肝腎副作用，其實部份口服藥物還有機會增加心血管疾病的風險，病人不應自行亂食。

那麼不用藥是否就好呢？其實＜止痛＞ 和 ＜治痛＞是息息相關的，很多病人因為痛楚反而會減少運動，最後只會使肌肉量減少，越來越痛。止痛藥正正就是終止這個惡性循環的第一步。其實醫學界針對關節痛早有治療指引。醫生會按情況為大家找出合適的方案。*見下圖

國際醫學指引：首選外用止痛藥物類別

外用非類固醇類消炎止痛藥物是關節痛醫學界的首選療法^1-4

在眾多外用止痛貼中，慕拉適^®貼藥（Mohrus ^®Patch）為全港最多醫生選用的貼藥⁸。貼藥安全性良好，在相同效力下，使用的劑量較口服藥物低達17倍⁹，由於直達患處，大大減少藥物進入血液的濃度，在止痛同時保留高安全性。
