Form

過百萬市民上街遊行「反送中」，工聯會卻認為部分市民不明白修例的必要性，及受到外國勢力的誤導。難道遊行的香港市民會那麼無知無聊嗎？會未了解修例內容就作出判斷（form their judgement）去遊行，而浪費了大好的星期天﹖

Form用作動詞時，解「形成、組成、產生」，可以用於具體事物或抽象思想。例句︰Earth, Mercury and the Sun form a straight line.（地球、水星和太陽形成一條直綫。）A crowd formed outside the building and began to get agitated.（一群人在大樓外圍起，開始變得焦躁不安。）The TV and newspapers play an important role in forming public opinion and giving voice to it.（電視和報章在形成輿論和發表意見方面發揮着重要作用。）

Form亦可以用作名詞，解「形狀、形式、類型、表格、狀態、年級」等，有多個意思。例如，in the form of a star（呈現出星形）、in the form of monetary compensation（以金錢補償的形式）、What form of help do you want？（你想要甚麼形式的幫助？）、an application form（申請表）、in a good form（狀態良好）、a Form One student（一年級生）。
