校園劇《赤沙印記@四葉草.2》要角之一的司徒瑞祈（阿水）近年退出幕前，專心發展飲食生意，由第一家阿水廚房到麵食分店，主力賣車仔麵和本土小食。阿水親力親為招呼客人，店內有很多他昔日拍劇或者代表香港游泳隊參賽的照片，實行自己做埋「生招牌」。經歷過事業低潮的他，充滿正能量，在IG揚言：「面對別人的批評，最好的反駁就是開心幸福過生活。」

阿水在無綫工作多年，人緣不俗，很多昔日的舊同事、朋友都主動幫襯，帶旺生意。每次有藝人朋友前來捧場，都不忘會合照留念，在他的IG中，除了小店相關的照片外，還有「老是常出現」、相信是其男朋友Gary的合照，二人在家人和朋友之間都是公開的一對。去年10月，他們特別去了日本慶祝共同度過的9周年「第3,000次日出日落」，實在非常難得又甜蜜。Gary的職業是空少，所以兩人經常出埠旅行歎世界。每每有IG有合照Post，好友們都會留言︰「閃到盲！」、「幾時結婚？」、「你哋真係好鬼Sweet！」等等，恩愛程度羨煞旁人。

今年41歲的阿水，於2004年加入娛樂圈，同年拍攝他第一套無綫電視劇《赤沙印記@四葉草.2》，由於外形夠晒陽光、高大，初初的發展都不錯，而身為港隊游泳隊代表，工餘時間亦會「教水」幫補生計。2008年有指他在澳門賭錢受騙而欠下80萬巨債，事件令其形象插水，工作停滯不前 ; 被公司投閒置散的他，最終於2017年離開TVB，同年開設食店，又不時在外面會接洽主持的工作。雖然現時兩間分店生意規模不算大，卻在小店體會到濃厚的人情味。
