日前社交平台上流傳一段疑似導盲犬受虐的影片，近日再有一段導盲犬訓練片段流出，導盲犬被疑為訓練員男子，強行推前踏進扶手電梯，期間不斷掙扎抓地，訓練員被質疑做法太粗暴。

一名男網民在Facebook上傳一段影片，只見片中有2名男子，其中一人疑為訓練員，正為一隻導盲犬進行「扶手電梯訓練」，揹著黃綠色背囊、背向鏡頭的訓練員，將導盲犬強行推進向下的扶手電梯；另一名男子則在前用力拉扯狗繩，期間導盲犬不斷掙扎抓住地面，拒絕行落電梯。
當導盲犬雙腳踏在扶手電梯上時，訓練員發出指示道：「好，企定，唔好郁！」隨後訓練員鬆開兩手，導盲犬便跟隨前方男子落電梯。

網民紛紛指責涉事訓練員懷疑虐待導盲犬，由於日前網上流傳另一段導盲犬懷疑受虐影片，網民亦發現2段影片中的訓練員均揹著同款的黃綠色背囊，懷疑為同一人，
「片中推狗嗰位嘅（孭）背囊人士，同昨日瘋傳嘅片中人是同一個人？背囊一樣，相信都係同一個人個背囊，說明邊個係個『幕後玩家』啦！」

中心承認學員未能掌握力度
香港導盲犬服務中心今日（1日）回應早前涉牽繩虐狗事件，指當時正進行「蒙眼訓練」，為讓學員判斷狗狗能否勝任帶領視障人士，故需蒙上雙眼與狗隻進行引路訓練，而中心使用的是正當但較傳統的「牽繩矯正」手法，承認學員當時未能掌握力度，已作出檢討，隨即終止「蒙眼訓練」，並改善方法，加強使用正向技巧。
中心強調，導盲犬訓練工作極具挑戰性和艱巨，訓練員一方面需施予嚴格訓練，確保視障人士於關鍵時刻不會身陷險境，另一方面也要平衡大眾對狗隻訓練的期望以及接受程度。
