一位港爸因80後兒子準備結婚，決定收回原本用作出租、位於尖沙咀的559呎單位，給予兒子作為新婚居所。惟因單位原本屬兩房間隔，對於兩夫婦而言變相浪費空間，決定花費約55萬元「全爆」大翻新，將兩間房打通變成特大套房，大窗更可以飽覽西九龍景色。
「Boka Design」設計師KK Ho分享一個位於尖沙咀港景峰的單位裝修。單位面積約559呎，業主於2002年購入，經過簡單裝修便出租，一家則住在同一屋苑另一單位；直到最近80後兒子準備結婚，他決定收回單位，再花55萬裝修翻新，作為兒子新婚居所。

全屋做滿儲物櫃 弧型圓角減壓迫感
雖然只有2人居住，但兩夫婦希望有大量儲物空間，因此在玄關、客廳電視牆以及睡房，都設有儲物櫃；為減低儲物櫃帶來的壓迫感，設計師選用弧型圓角設計。
全屋最大焦點當然是電視特色牆，KK Ho表示，這設計是以電視櫃與暗門融合而成，可有延長空間效果。至於梳化背牆則採用新式意大利油漆，設計像石工牆，呼應單位整體風格，與一般水泥牆質感不同，表面亦髹上透明防水物料，增加耐用性。

打通兩房變大套房
原則為2房設計，考慮到只有2人居住，夫婦決定打通為一個大套房，將原本書房變成主人房一部分，面積約125呎，可以飽覽西九龍景色。設計師利用窗台造書枱，由於兩個窗台阻礙放腳，故特別設路軌可將書枱拉出；至於大床周圍做了地櫃及吊櫃，床尾則有電視櫃，中空設計可保持房間空間感。
浴室設在主人房內，變成套廁設計，採取灰白色地磚，感覺型格中帶點神秘感。KK Ho指，磚牆花紋特別採用一款相似於古蹟外牆的原石花紋去拼砌，紋路別具一格。

廚廁裝修一覽
廚房原則為鑽石型間隔，使門口位和廚櫃較難放置，故改設玻璃牆身變成開放式設計，並以假天花把廚房連貫到走廊及客廳；加上玻璃框以不鏽鋼框及鋼片走通天花，兩個空間均選用竹地板及地磚，分隔兩個區域。
