【電子登記方法】
八達通
1. 於消費券計劃網站填寫姓名、身份證號碼及可接收短訊的本地流動電話號碼等資料，並填寫八達通卡號碼。
2. 完成上述登記後，將會獲得一個登記參考編號。有關登記經政府核實資格後，將會收到短訊確認。視乎完成登記的時間，市民可於指定時段以已登記的八達通卡領取消費券。
3. 市民可透過八達通App、八達通服務站、補貼領取站、零售商店（全線7-Eleven、OK便利店和惠康）拍卡領取消費券。
支付寶香港、WeChat Pay HK及Tap & Go「拍住賞」
1. 以手機App登入個人帳戶，並領取特定識別號碼。
2. 於消費券計劃網站登記和驗證身份。
3. 提供登記資料、選定儲值支付工具及輸入特定識別號碼。
4. 就「在港居住」要求作出聲明。
5. 政府核實資格後，消費券將於指定發放日期（視乎申請時間）發放到指定帳戶。
財政司司長陳茂波早前表示，曾登記1萬元現金發放計劃的市民，以電子方式登記時，只需回答2條保安認證問題便可以登記，包括填寫上次登記電話號碼的最後4個數字，以及領款銀行戶口帳號最後5個號碼；如當時以支票領取1萬元，則需填上領支票郵局。如市民透過「智方便」（iAM Smart）App登記，則需上載身份證副本作網上登記。
【書面登記】
1. 市民可在消費券計劃網站下載書面登記表格，或到各區121間郵政局、20間民政事務總署轄下各區民政諮詢中心、11間社署分區福利辦事處，以及196間房委會轄下公共屋邨辦事處和客戶服務中心索取表格，以下為詳細名單：

2. 填妥並簽署登記表格，連同香港身份證副本釘好及對摺，於辦公時間投入上述郵政局或以下指定銀行分行內的表格收集箱：
