健康精明眼︳減肥瘦身未必只可飲齋啡 41款低糖咖啡糖分+卡路里大比併

無糖、無奶的「齋啡」卡路里低,有助減肥瘦身,但在控制飲食期間,又不一定要飲黑咖啡。有營養師分享了41款低糖咖啡的糖分及卡路里,讓你無需擔心攝取過多糖分,飲得更放心。

Nutri-Pro健營物理治療及營養中心營養師黃倩雅(Cynthia)早前在Facebook專頁表示,在減肥期間不一定只能飲「齋啡」,她分享了41款低糖咖啡的糖分及卡路里,方便每朝需要飲「回魂啡」的朋友參考。同時,她提醒,部分低糖咖啡或使用了代糖和全脂奶取代奶精,雖然產品屬於低糖或低卡,但都不宜飲用過多:

每100克含糖0至1.9克即飲咖啡
