劇集《青春不要臉》昨晚首播，以1980年代的香港作為背景，第一集交代柳德榮（余德丞飾）、齊輕舟（丁子朗飾）在屋邨長大，兩街坊性格不同，前者一直採取「放棄自己」的態度，做大食懶保持住肥仔身形。至於後者積極做運動增高，打破被人嘲笑「三寸丁」的花名；齊輕舟目標明確，希望考入藝員訓練班做演員，偶像是李小龍，而柳德榮無慾無求，就算身體生病，因生蟲而消瘦了，就算報名訓練班都是為見偶像姜之妍（伍樂怡飾）。

劇集有不少驚喜位，除了以漫畫手法穿插劇情之外，亦將昔日的電視節目再次呈現在觀眾的眼前，包括《雙星報喜》等等。錄影機也播出《天龍八部》，其中伍樂怡取代陳玉蓮，「穿越」跟湯鎮業演對手戲，非常有趣。論到最特別的地方，相信是余德丞的肥仔占look，明明是余德丞的臉蛋，但身形卻像《瘦身男女》的劉德華一樣肥嘟嘟。莫非是穿上特效裝束？劇情提到他因生蟲而變得激瘦，為了不想復胖，竟然在廁所想將蛔蟲再放回屁眼內，期間他半裸露出白滑屁股，尺度非常之大。至於丁子朗也有赤膊倒吊做sit-up的「派福利」時刻，同樣成為焦點。
余德丞、丁子朗在第一集播畢，於IG直播與網友交流，丁子朗大讚好好睇，心情興奮。而余德丞解釋自己「肉身」的原由︰「其實我個肥仔身形係屬於副導演嘅，我點樣谷脹自己？大家可能誤會咗係楔枕頭，但唔係，其實係電腦合成技術，今次CG真係做得好好！另外我覺得塞番條蟲入去嗰場戲……有啲黐線！」丁子朗憶起余德丞家人的主觀鏡頭一幕，用上成人玩具的胸部，令觀眾錯覺那是屁眼，但余德丞反駁：「wide shot係我真pat pat嚟！」

而丁子朗在社交平台分享他倒吊的腹肌相，有網友留言指見到他下體「動L」，他隨即急忙解釋：「大家見到凸起咗嘅……安全繩嚟嘅，因為倒吊有少少危險，怕跌落地會頭著地，所以係安全繩嚟嘅！」
