首期5,000元電子消費券派發在即，有傳媒報道5,000元電子消費券最快將於4月7日派發，如市民去年登記領取電子消費券的電子錢包帳戶已失效，或去年登記的八達通卡已遺失，必須於最遲3月25日填妥及郵寄表格，以更改電子帳戶或八達通卡。

第二輪消費券將分兩期發放，首期金額為5,000元，根據市民去年選擇的平台自動發放；至於第二期則發放餘下的5,000元，政府早前透露將於暑假派發，屆時除了現有的4間平台外，更會挑選其他平台讓市民「轉會」，以形成良性競爭讓市民得益。
最遲3月25日補資料
若市民去年登記的電子錢包帳戶已失效，或去年登記的八達通卡已遺失，將無法自動領取4月的電子消費券。政府早前已於消費券網站提供表格下載，在開設新帳戶及填妥表格後，最遲於3月25日郵寄表格，7日內便可獲通知。
