《萬千星輝頒獎典禮2022》今晚舉行，「飛躍進步男藝員」和「飛躍進步女藝員」分別由吳偉豪和郭柏妍奪得，兩人僅24歲和25歲，絕對是年輕有為！吳偉豪入圍這個項目多年，今次終於得獎，他感激《愛回家之開心速遞》和《回歸》兩個劇組上下給予他的鼓勵和支持，他得獎別具意義，事關爸爸吳大強以《中年好聲音》參賽者的身分擔任表演嘉賓，爸爸在現場觀眾席見證兒子得獎，非常興奮。

吳偉豪坦言得獎好似發緊夢一樣，最重要是父母和弟弟都在現場支持，他表示：「最重要拎個獎返屋企畀家人睇吓！戈」
至於郭柏妍得獎，「媽媽」江美儀感動得哭成淚人，郭柏妍領獎後心情興奮，不知所措，在台上語無倫次，不斷深呼吸諗致謝詞，她搞笑答謝胡定欣說：「多謝定欣，我以後會記得帶粉餅。」她未能做好表情控制，加上九唔搭八非常「騰雞」，但獲全場都大讚可愛。「爸爸」林敏驄雖然受腳傷，仍然走到後台恭賀郭柏妍，後者非常識做，向林敏驄獻吻答謝！郭柏妍受訪時表示：「我個腦一片空白，我多謝漏咗好多人，好多人畀我機會同埋教我好多嘢！（唱歌慶祝？）我驚你哋走晒，我驚震散頭家之後，一陣震到成個電視城。」

「最佳綜藝節目」獎項由《開心無敵獎門人》奪得，錢嘉樂特別開口邀請觀眾席上的曾志偉上台，他說：「你係節目靈魂，一定要有你！」而「最佳資訊及專題節目」則由《尋人記II》獲獎。至於「最佳年度及特備節目」則是《萬千星輝賀台慶2021》，有份創作及製作的11位監製一齊上台領獎。而《尋人記II》的主持方東昇獲得「最佳男主持」獎項，至於女主持則由《無價之寶》的陳貝兒奪得。
