Well-rested

一年只有那麼兩三次的長假，一定要把握下星期的復活節假期好好休息！

英文有形容詞rested，是將動詞rest的過去分詞（past participle）rested用作形容詞。

牛津字典將rested定義為「feeling healthy and full of energy because you have had a rest」，形容人因為休息足夠，所以感覺身體健康、精力充沛。想加強語氣，可以用well-rested。例句︰I hope everyone is rested after the holiday break and ready to get into the new semester.（希望大家放假後精力充沛，準備好進入新學期。）This resort and spa provides you with a luxurious, pampered, and well-rested vacation.（這個度假村和水療中心為你提供奢華、精心護理和可以好好休息的假期。）

形容詞rested常配搭動詞feel，而且組句時常見feel rested and（adjective），以加強語氣。例句︰We came back from the Japan trip feeling rested and relaxed.（我們從日本旅行回來，感到精力充沛和放鬆。）I want to wake up feeling rested and rejuvenated every day.（我想每天醒來都感到精力充沛、精神煥發。）
