Relax

本港的新冠肺炎疫情漸趨緩和，是時候放寬（relax）部分社交距離的限制措施。如果持續沒有本地確診個案，可能很快便不用戴口罩了。

動詞relax解「放鬆」，可以用於不同的語境上。上文提到的relax一字指「放寬」，使規則或法律不那麼嚴格（less strict）。例句︰For some countries, it is still difficult to say with certainty when the social distancing measure can be relaxed.（對於某些國家，仍然很難確定何時可以放寬社會隔離措施。）
