擁有一頭濃密（thick）的秀髮更顯年輕！食得好、瞓得好、心情好，身體髮膚自然好，都是老生常談。

英文用thick一字形容頭髮濃密，例如，How can I get thick hair naturally？（我怎樣才能自然地令頭髮濃密﹖）How can I grow thicker hair？（我怎樣才能長出濃密的頭髮﹖）改變字尾，可以改變詞性，由形容詞thick變成動詞thicken和名詞thickness。例句︰There are a few supplements that can help to thicken your hair.（有一些營養補充劑可以幫助增厚頭髮。）There is some evidence that scalp massage may increase hair thickness.（有一些證據顯示頭皮按摩可能會增加頭髮的厚度。）

相反，描述頭髮稀疏可以用形容詞thin。例如，Having thin hair makes styling a ponytail difficult.（頭髮稀疏會使馬尾造型變得困難。）I notice that my hair is getting thinner at the back of my head.（我注意到我後腦的頭髮愈來愈少。）

描述沒有頭髮、禿頭的，則可以用形容詞bald。例句︰Bald men can be very attractive too.（禿頭的男人也可以很有吸引力。）
