相信不少打工仔都習慣早上喝杯咖啡，提振精神準備工作。日本雜誌《LDK》近日以4大標準評測23款暢銷掛耳咖啡，比較各款掛耳咖啡的味道、平衡、香氣及回購度，並挑選出最高評價的產品，當中包括KEY COFFEE、片岡物產、Starbucks等熱門品牌。

4大標準評測掛耳咖啡

《LDK》指出掛耳咖啡（Drip Pack）操作容易，只需要加入熱水，等待咖啡滴漏後就能夠享用，非常簡單又快捷。《LDK》邀請咖啡專家透過以下4大標準，評測各款暢銷掛耳咖啡：

  • 味道：比較喝下各款咖啡的瞬間，感受其味道、口感、回甘餘韻等。
  • 平衡：品評咖啡整體味道與香氣、甜味、苦味、酸味和濃郁度之間能否取得平衡。
  • 香氣：比較各款咖啡的咖啡豆香氣。
  • 回購度：考慮味道、價格等方面，判斷是否值得回購。

評測結果顯示，有3款產品均獲A+評價，分別是「KEY COFFEE Drip On特級綜合濾掛咖啡 」、「片岡物產 匠之掛耳式濾泡香醇咖啡（濃厚風味）」及「Starbucks Origami House Blend 掛耳式滴漏咖啡 」。

「KEY COFFEE Drip On特級綜合濾掛咖啡 」同時被評為「Best Buy」產品，它擁有最高分的評價，咖啡專家形容它像在歷史悠久的咖啡店裡沖泡的咖啡，苦味略重（4度）但酸味很平衡（4度），亦擁有一定的濃郁感（4度），非常適合配搭咖啡店的輕便餐點如拿玻里意粉和蛋糕等。

「片岡物產 匠之掛耳式濾泡香醇咖啡（濃厚風味）」擁有較平均的苦度、酸度和濃郁度，咖啡專家形容它比較是用於「提神」，而非「品味享受」，同時也適合在空閒時飲用的輕便飲品。

「Starbucks Origami House Blend 掛耳式滴漏咖啡 」擁有中度（3度）平衡的苦度、酸度和濃郁度，其特點是回甘感覺較清爽，適合於Starbucks咖啡店的蛋糕甜品作搭配。
